• We are a contingency based search firm. You are only charged a fee if we place with you. Our service charge is based upon different factors affecting the search. We will be happy to discuss this with you after we learn about your job requirements and needs.
  


• Our search agreement will be drawn up after an initial verbal discussion is agreed upon outlining the basics of the contract (fees, guarantees, payment terms, etc.). You will need to provide us with a signed copy of the fee agreement before our search begins for your opening.
  


• There is never a charge unless you hire the candidate. It does not cost you to interview our applicants. So give us a try, what have you got to lose?
