Q: "What types of searches do you do?"
We perform contingency searches and you don't pay us unless you hire our candidate. We establish
our fee agreements prior to the first interview so there are no surprises when it comes to the
service charge and our guarantee. Essentially, we have to place the applicant with your firm before
we get paid for the work we have done. This gives us an incentive to perform our job quickly,
